Ensemble Stage is a professional theater located in Blowing Rock, NC, dedicated to culturally enrich the lives of the residents of The High Country and its visitors by providing a broad range of live theatrical presentations of the highest possible quality at an affordable price.
Our mission is to inspire, challenge and nurture the imagination and social skills of youths and adults through performances and theatre based educational programs.

A live staged adaptation of Orson Welles' 1938 classic radio play.
An adaptation of Orson Welles' famous 1938 broadcast, "The War of the Worlds." Performed live just like they did on the Mercury Theatre sound stage in 1938 including the sound effects being performed on stage by foley artists. The show is approx. 1 hour in length and is suitable for all ages.
