2014 Professional Summer Mainstage Season
Sin City will never be the same when it’s invaded by the hysterically quirky residents of Tuna. The show is both an affectionate comment on small-town life and attitudes as well as a hilarious satire of the same. Professional actors Mark Allen Woodard and Stephen Moore portray all the Tuna residents (men and women), Vegas showgirls, Elvis Impersonators and more!
When two "mature" cable-access cooking show hosts who have hated each other for nearly 30 years are cast as co-hosts of a new show, the insults and hilarity are flung almost as hard and as often as the food. Think of it this way, if The Martha Stewart Show and The Jerry Springer Show had a baby, it would be The Kitchen Witches.
They seem to have the ideal relationship. They laugh, they talk, they share their thoughts. Everything is as it should be...or is it? Suddenly, as a deadline fast approaches, one of the smiling faces in the room becomes a sinister grin. Is it just a game or was their relationship created as merely a means to fulfill a murderous plot?
Why go out and see just one movie when you can experience 186 of them in one 90-minute show? From the creators of The Complete History of America (Abridged), this show is a hilarious, rapid-fire summary of the greatest films in the history of cinema. From "Casablanca" to "The Matrix," from "The Miracle Worker" to "Revenge of the Nerds," from "Ghandi" to "Grease," you will lose your breath trying to keep up with this fast-paced farce.
